Annual membership pricing is $849 for 2024-25 🎉 While we wish we could offer a lower price, our overhead expenses are significant. As the Co-op is not a business, we simply aim to cover costs each year and break even. The price is set based on our projection for members in the upcoming fiscal year, starting November 1. More members on the current roster increases the chance for a lower price point in the following year. The fluid pricing year-over-year enables for members to keep the Co-op afloat when it needs us, so that it can continue to be there for us when we as climbers need it! This is alternative, we get it. But we feel that the pricing is justified by the unique mix of walls, the 24/7 access, communal autonomy of the space, and the low number of climbers at any given time. What more could you want out of a home wall! And seriously, if you need to do some enduro or power endurance training - this is the place to get it done and maximize your wall time. Whether you climb V0 or V14, the Co-op has something to offer for everyone. We also have 3-month passes available and hope to see some new and renewed faces through the doors this fall! 🌸💪 Women's Training Series 💪🌸 💥LINK IN BIO 💥 It's easy to feel defeated by the steep style of climbing at the Co-op, and we are determined to show women that this is not a style reserved for the strong boys! We're more convinced than ever that board climbing is THE way for women to become powerful crushers who float up those rocks. Through this 5-week training series, we'll go through how to: 💥 Warm up for board climbing 💥 Use the spray walls for training (for bouldering and ropes) 💥 Progress on the Moonboard 💥 Cross-train to get stronger and prevent injuries Benefits of consistent training on boards and spray walls include: better contact strength, stronger fingers and upper body, longer duration lock-offs, better technique, climbing efficiency, and more! For just $67 - you can attend 5 group training sessions AND you also get 5 weeks of unlimited 24/7 access to the Co-op. It may not seem like much - but in our humble opinion - the Co-op is THE place in town to build the strength and power you're seeking to feel your best on rock. Not sure how to get the most out of spray walls and board climbing? Some of our favourite exercises include: ⚡️ ARC Training 💥 V-Grade Pyramids 💫 4x4s and 6 in 6 circuits 🌪 Traversing - 1 min. ON, 1 min. OFF 🤸‍♀️ Technique Drills 🧗‍♀️ Limit Bouldering Tailor your training in ways that you just can't on set routes or with limited wall space. And as if it could possibly get better?! Curious about the coop? This is your opportunity to come check us out. We'll be hosting a couple of open houses over the next two Sundays. The first of which will be this Sunday 27th Nov between 12-6pm. Come by for a climb! We have a freshly reset 40 degree wall just waiting for new problems to go up. As well as a 2019 LED Moonboard, loads of other climbing terrain and training tools to get you strong this winter. Best of all, its FREE!
